You can access our rate and remuneration templates by logging into your TeleDoc account and navigating to the "Earnings" section in your dashboard. If you need further details, please email our support team at Doctors@teledoc.com.ng.
I've registered but haven't received any bookings from clients. What should I do?
If you haven't received any bookings yet, consider the following steps: - Ensure your profile is complete and includes a professional photo, detailed bio, and your specialities. - Ensure your booking calendar is constantly updated and open for bookings. - Promote your TeleDoc profile through your social media channels and networks. - Engage with potential patients by sharing health tips and articles via TeleDoc’s Blog platform. - Be active and responsive on the platform to increase your visibility.
 What is the Payout Process?
 TeleDoc pays your earnings during the first week of every month. After deducting the 30% commission for TeleDoc, the remaining amount is transferred to the bank account you provided in your profile. Ensure your banking details are up-to-date to avoid any delays.
What is the payment rate and how do I make money on TeleDoc?
 On TeleDoc, doctors earn 70% of the consultation fee from each client appointment. And to maximize your earnings: - Ensure your profile is comprehensive and attractive to potential patients. - Make sure you upload your highest medical qualification or certification for adequate scoring by relevant authorities, to determine your final earnings per session, per client. - Offer consistent, high-quality consultations to encourage repeat visits and referrals. - Open your schedule for bookings constantly and log in daily to view your dashboard. - Stay active on the platform and engage with patients regularly.
