   – TeleDoc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

 
 

9. Governing Law:

   – These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be brought exclusively in the High Courts of Nigeria.

 

10. Account Deletion:

We respect your privacy and provide a seamless process for account deletion on TeleDoc. To request the deletion of your TeleDoc account, please follow these simple steps:

A. Log In:
Log in to your TeleDoc account using your credentials.

B. Account Settings:
Navigate to the “Account Settings” section within the TeleDoc App.

C. Delete Account:
Locate the “Delete Account” option within the settings.

D. Confirmation:
Confirm your decision by following the on-screen instructions.
 

Types of Data Deleted:

– Personal Information: Your name, contact details, and other personal identifiers.

– Medical Records: Any health-related information stored on your account.

– Usage Data: Information related to your usage of the TeleDoc App.

Retention Period:

– Upon your account deletion request, we’ll reach out to you for final confirmation, and then the specified data will be promptly removed from our system.
